• Wonderful facility. Was unsure what to expect from float therapy. It was very relaxing and well worth the money. Would highly recommend. Staff was also very friendly!!

• I did an antigravity yoga class with Sam and I didn't know what to expect but was pleasantly surprised. She was very calm and the class was relaxing. She took her time explaining everything and I felt very comfortable. The atmosphere was great and the people were very friendly. I highly recommend. I'm looking forward to also doing a session in the float pod.

• Synergy Sports Therapy offer recovery therapies for everyone, even those who are non athletic. I have utilized the Cryotherapy and float tank. I enjoy thepeace and quite in the float tank. I feel completely relaxed when my session is done. I highly recommend a float session for the body and mind.
