• I have learned many things about myself during the short time I have been attending classes at Synergy. Getting out of my comfort zone is not easy, but it has helped me to recognize my inner strength. As challenging as these classes are, I always leave feeling more proud of myself than when I walked in. I am always thrilled when I accomplish a move that I could do the last time.
