• I really like the vibe and ambience also the trainer and coaches are pretty helpful and sweet. The equipment are in good condition and the place is well organised. Also the place is not too crowded like other gyms usually are

• Enjoyed the class, friendly environment. The short challenging exercises with frequent breaks were good for my unfitness level. Class area and changing rooms nice and spacious. The pool was good. I appreciated how warm it was in the room, as I usually get put off swimming by being cold and bored.

• The two trainers I have had have been very good trainers for me. They both had excellent knowledge of rehab from an injury and have helped me recover from a significant injury.
