• I actually recommended the gym yesterday to a colleague. I said the benefits included the close proximity to our office, and it has all the basic equipment and classes required to work out, friendly and helpful staff, generally friendly and considerate patrons, and a great pool. Also it is reasonably priced but not noisy or crowded.
