Symmetry 360 Therapeutic Massage

Several days ago I had my first massage with Randi. Randi is a new therapist at Symmetry 360 and she was amazing! Her technique and touch I found very relaxing. Highly recommended!!! I can't wait for my next appointment with her!

That said, Randi is not the only amazing therapist at Symmetry 360. I continue to have frequent appointments with Sandra and Tricia. And to be sure, there are a number of other therapists that I haven't tried. I have been a regular customer of Symmetry 360 for nearly 12 years now. I love Symmetry 360!! All three of their locations are great! Kina and Celeste (the owners of Symmetry 360 and therapists themselves) are to be commended for what they have accomplished in the last 15 years!!!

I'm sorry to say that doing business here is difficult. I've tried all three locations over the last two years and while the massages are decent, trying to get an appointment with the person you like is hard. Also the staff seems to turnover Very frequently. The online booking system is lacking and seems to have large chunks of time blocked off. It would be nice if this were actually operational.
The front desk staff has a bit of an attitude problem- like they are doing you a favor if they fit you in. A prepaid two-pack of 90 minute appointments has a short lifespan and using both appointments was difficult. The staff could often only offer a sixty minute appointment for a week out.
I finally gave up and asked for a refund on the second one.
Overall I have come to be quite disenchanted with Symmetry.

I am a massage therapist myself and Charles gave me one of the best massages I have ever had and it was only 45 minutes. I get massages once a week so trust me when I say give him a try!

In town for vacation and a friend recommended this place. I was able to easily book online with no wait time/see their availability (no phone call hassle).
The building is tucked in an adorable neighborhood. Inside I was greeted warmly by staff and offered a beverage. I appreciated their request that all incoming clients wash hands (ya know, COVID).
It is hands down the best massage of my life. Before we started she asked if I had any areas that needed extra work and for the first time in 2 years I left being able to turn my head with no neck cracking. Lily has the finesse and art of massage down in a way that I have never experienced before. I highly highly recommend her and this establishment!

Since recently moving to Denver, I desperately needed a massage. Symmetry 360 had a newbie deal, so I took advantage and booked an appointment on the MindBody app. Super easy. Lots of availability. They're clearly a responsive and organized business, also judging by the plentiful information on their website.

I arrived in the morning, and it was already busy. I guess everyone was getting a good, early start to their day. I was paired with Cagen who was super sweet and professional. As with most massage places, you can fill out a sheet to let the masseuse know what to work on and what to avoid.

Needless to say, I felt so relaxed by the end. Cagen did a fantastic job, and honestly 30 minutes of massaging is perfect for me. Anything beyond that and I fall asleep or get bored, lol. Oh and Yelp check-in (at least when I was there) came with bath bombs or bath salts. Great in-and-out experience that I would do again!

I had a great experience at Symmetry LoHi. Megan was lovely and did an amazing job on my problem areas. I then did an infared sauna session and absolutely loved it and all the benefits that go along with it. I definitely recommend!

I've gotten many massages in my life, and none compare to the most blissful two-hour massage with CBD oils I received from Megan here last night. 12/10 would recommend the $20 upgrade and my girl Megan!

I had gotten a massage here once before with Groupon, and I remembered it being a great atmosphere -- dim lights, relaxing music, therapeutic scents. They offered tea or water while I waited. So, about a year later, I decided to come back and pay full price for the maximum time. I had seen an email about their CBD oils option, so I decided to add it at the last minute. Best decision I ever made.

Megan told me about the three CBD oil options (freeze, breeze, and something else--sorry I forgot!). I went with the freeze because it was hot as hell yesterday, so that just sounded incredibly appealing. She asked me where I wanted it massaged, and I asked for my shoulders and back.

I must have ~felt~ it about 15 minutes in because I could NOT stop smiling for the rest of my massage. It truly felt like bliss, and I feel so much more relaxed even writing this review the morning after.

Megan really knew how to find and relieve the knots on my back, and she even managed to successfully rub my incredibly ticklish feet (which I typically have massage therapists avoid).

I can not recommend this place, this experience, and this massage therapist enough. I don't even typically write reviews that aren't food related, but these five stars are just so very well-deserved.

My husband and I had a couples massage with Kim & Lily! Both were really great. Perfect pressure & room environment! Staff are friendly & welcoming.

Matt is the MAN! I've been a client of his for about a year and
in addition to being the nicest guy ever, he's 100% professional, mindful, and intuitive of my needs (sometimes when I didn't even knew they existed). Always a clean, cozy environment with groovy whispers of ambient music.
I highly recommend him if you're looking for a tune-up on the regular, he's on point EVERY time.
