• I asked cat if she wouldn't mind taking the whole 90 minutes to work on my shoulders and neck and she did! She was able to isolate every muscle and work on them with the correct amount of pressure. It wasn't wimpy and it wasn't excruciating painful. It was just the amount of pressure that I needed to release the muscle. She was great!!!
