Ella is great. It was not my favourite workout (very hard with the 6 cardio sets at the end) I prefer the classic circuits but it's good that the circuits are varied. I hadn't been in in months and now I'm sore which is always a good sign!
It was a great experience. Great space, lovely trainers, sensible but varied exercises.
Wouldn't choose anything less .
