Really friendly/ welcoming instructor nice clean gym, good aircon, small group in the class, good location.
The instructor was super knowledgeable about the body, gave great instruction and feedback throughout.
Really enjoyed the session, it was my first time, definitely feeling it today
Well organised and felt great afterwards. Instructors were good and helped individuals where needed.
Initial thanks instructions for me were a bit overwhelmingly but then it's only my second class in so I'm sure I'll get better
