• Well to be honest they don't act like they know everything. They admit things they have done wrong and how they have improved since which is important because they are going to always evolve and be the best they can be. Love the way the approach the individual and not have a standard way across the board. They realize everyone is different and need to be taught as such. Very friendly staff. Mike and Barry are so approachable they take an intimidating out for you. Just was a great experience.

• I’ve been a masters swimmer for almost 35 years. I’ve never gotten the coaching that equals it. The drills actually mean something to me! The workouts are specific to what my needs and goals are on a daily basis. I love it. ( Still swim with masters once a week, love my lane mates).
