• You have really good teachers. Nyota is wonderful and her sub Aya is good too. The Sunday 7 pm class is perfect for me-gentle yoga and meditation!

• I gave a score of 10...but actually wished I could have given a 10 plus. The reason being is everything was wonderful. The location, Central Park North 110th Street. We were on a beautiful medium sized field of grass, lovely trees with an option of shade or sun. The field is located near the entrance...in a quiet area of the park. In addition, we were across from the lake and in walking distance to the restrooms. While we were in the City, it felt as though we were in our own beautiful location away from the hustle and bustle. Now add Nyota's wonderful, gentle and inspirational way of teaching Hatha Yoga. Lying out on our mats moving through the poses with the sun above, or shade (your preference), and the gentle breeze flowing through the class as the leaves on the trees sway around us ...all I can say is aaahhhh-mazing! ...and as for our Belly Dancing class...ditto, it was a wonderful experience Dancing outside with the ever lovely, energetic and inspirational Nyota. ...sharing this space with my fellow classmates was an absolute joy. This class was the icing on the cake to a wonderful experience! I will be back next Monday and so on😌
