• 1) everything was thoroughly explained to me as a first-time visitor, 2) appointments were not rushed and there was transition time in between, 3) the actual time of treatments is exactly what you schedule for (60/30 Minutes is exactly 60/30 Minutes as opposed to paying for an hour treatment and only getting 55 minutes), 4) all of the staff where friendly, well knowledgeable, and relaxed... I was filled with peace and calm when I left Sweet Serenity.
