• I use the infrared sauna, I can go to a session and feel confident that I will be safe, the spa is so clean and follows protocols. Sam, the receptionist is amazing with her professional yet warm, welcoming personality. She always makes my experience fun and relaxing. I have it a 9 because I still need to see if I get weight loss benefits from the sauna. I say go for some clean, calming self care.

• This is the first time we were there and we really enjoyed the infrared sauna. My fiancé has issues with his leg and the pain was gone when we left.
