  • My appointment was switched. I had made a appointment for May and also placed myself on the cancellation list. I accepted the cancellation appointment and my May appointment was canceled. Which is fine but all of my services (salt room after massage and hot stones) that I was to have in May did not occur. I felt at least if my other appointment was going to be cancelled due to accepting a cancellation appointment that all of my services should have been included.
