• Very very clean, employee (Robin) has gone out of her way to make my visit a pleasure! She has actually called an reminded me, she didn't have to but she did an does! This business is up on all the new massages an pampering that a person could want. I get a sauna once a week an I really feel it helps my body an my mind, the relaxation.

• It was almost a 10! I loved that I got in right away. My call was answered right away, she was very helpful, and polite. I loved the facility, all of the Himalayan salt around and the atmosphere was peaceful. My massage therapist was very nice, polite and helpful. She listened and focused on what I asked her to. The only reason I reduced it to a nine was that I needed more of a deep tissue massage but that wasn't really anyone's fault. She did explain that they have other therapist that do the deep tissue, I did indicate that on the form but there was no way for them to catch that prior to me coming. So in fairness maybe it should have been a 10, that was the only reason for the nine. :-) Hope that makes sense.
