• Because I was to fill out a form on line before I came. It became very frustrating because w/all filled out, it wouldn't let me sign. Being 78 yrs old, it was frustrating & irritating. I called back & she advised this can happen. I said, "well there's the problem!" So I had to print off 7 pages & bring in.
