• My daughter had a great experience, but I feel like the nail professional should have advised her to sit down longer. Her nails were not entirely dry and ended up messing up.

• It was our first time at Sweet & Sassy and I brought my 4 year old daughter to get the Diva package and some one on one time. Our technician (Caitlin - sorry if that's spelled wrong) was so incredibly sweet and patient as my daughter was a little nervous about everything. She explained everything she would do before she did it. She talked to my daughter throughout and was very pleasant and encouraging. My daughter loved the whole experience (despite the haircut regret which was totally unrelated to the service). She showed off her nails and sparkles to everyone she saw the rest of the day. The facility was clean and the staff very friendly. And it was easy to book the appointment.
