• Awesome experience. Both of the gals that pierced Genny's ears were wonderful. She was a little nervous but they explained everything to her in a way that calmed her down.

• The young lady was super kind and helpful. It would have been great if she had gotten help from the other 2 ladies instead of it all falling on her to deal with hyper kids. Young girls in an overstimulating environment rarely follow directions when they've never been exposed to such events. She did a beautiful job and should be commended!
