• Actually 9 because they sold me earrings weeks before my daughters ear piercing appt. without disclosing that she could not use those the day of the piercing. They tried to make me buy another pair rather than exchanging. However, after talking and voicing my complaints about the situation a couple of times, the manager finally gave in and let me do the exchange. The people working there were very patient and friendly and did an awesome job piercing my screaming 4 month old babies ears under pressure...

• We love sweet and sassy, driving all the way from Fairfax for the quality of service, the environment, the value. However, I will share we were disappointed with our last experience. During my daughter's sweet cut, I felt the staff member took a long time (and not in a good way), did not engage with my daughter as they normally do, and didn't offer the glitter that my daughter so enjoys! We drive because of the quality and experience and our last visit did not provide that.
