• Good quality hair cuts, only suggestion for improvement is to cover the kids clothing and hands more from all the hair as you cut.

• The staff was great. So understanding. My daughter wanted her ears pierced so badly but was nervous. They went above and beyond to help her feel comfortable and made this a very positive, memorable experience.
