• Overall, it was a positive experience. My daughter is almost 2 and was excited about getting her ears pierced. The actual piercing experience was very positive. The technicians were discrete, clean, professional and talked her through what was happening. The only reason this wasn't a 10 is that I was standing around waiting for a while before anyone could assist me. I had an appointment and the young woman at the register was helping someone on the phone, some other employees were with other guests, but 3 were sitting talking to each other. When I approached one of them, she told me I needed to talk to the woman who was helping someone on the phone and then went back to talking to her coworkers. If she had simply welcomed me,told me that someone would be right with me and showed me to the earring selection, it would have been a 10. It was a Saturday afternoon with parties going on. I understand that it was busy and didn't mind waiting. By the way, as soon as the woman at the register finished with the client on the phone, she was extremely apologetic, said hello to my daughter and immediately got the piercing technicians so that we could get our appointment going.
