• The women working there were not only professional but also very polite and respectful. I love that the girls get to choose what they want with the makeover package instead of being told this is what they are getting. My daughter is already requesting another visit. And the prices are extremely reasonable

• We had scheduled a diva for the day and a head to toe. There was a haircut in one of the packages. The way the scheduled the appointments we ended up having to wait a good chunk of time for the haircut. They turned on the music and disco ball and my girls had fun on the stage, but it wasn't an efficient use of time overall. It didn't make that big of an impact overall and we were happy with our visit.

• It was our son's first haircut and he was so nervous and started crying sitting in the chair. The stylist was so sweet and gentle. She did an amazing job navigating my son's fear while also giving him the cutest haircut ever!! We couldn't be happier. We will definitely be back. Thanks!
