• We love the stylist that you have -- she's great. My 5 yr old loves getting her hair trimmed and braided by her! The location is also very convenient. One item to offer as feedback -- the booking process doesn't line up with the service we received on our last visit -- we booked a first haircut for my 1yr old and didn't get a photo or a certificate or any kind of special package that we read on the description. There's obviously a disconnect between your booking system and the store's system of record. We ended up paying $25 for a 1 year old's first trim. That was pretty overpriced for what we got.
