• Marcy is amazing. She is super patient and really gave my kiddo everything she asked for and more. My lower score was due to the tools used. My daughter has 4C type hair. Very long, curl and course. I felt the tools used were not suitable for her hair type. It took much longer than necessary to straighten her hair. Marcy had to go over strands of hair multiple times. I think obtaining at least one higher end tool for this type of hair would yield greater results for children that enter the salon with this grade of hair. Marcy did the best she could but didn't have the tools to do her job efficiently and effectively

• Loved how much Sweet and Sassy catered to children and even the conversation between the nail technician and my daughter made her feel so comfortable. It was adorable to watch and experience along side my daughter!
