• The staff is always so great at making the experience so special for my daughter. She got her first ear piercings and there's no where else I would've rather gotten it done. They are professional and kind.

• Abrinique was absolutely amazing. She chatted the whole time with my child, she made sure to ask questions about the cut so it was done how we wanted. She just had a very bubbly personality in general and we loved her. I've had nothing but bad experiences at the shennandoah location and Kingwood is always the opposite.
