• I got the diva package for my daughter's birthday. Monica was SO sweet to both of us. Talked with us and was beyond friendly. Not only that, the pampering that my daughter received went beyond the description in the brochure and she felt so special for her birthday. I also gave a 10 rating because I had originally requested a different package, changed my mind and left a message about the switch. I forgot to double check that the message was received and when we arrived the ladies were very accommodating.
