• Kristine was a delightful piercing ambassador, explaining the process to a mom of an exactly one year old in a way that eased nearly all concerns. She's great with children, parents and grandparents. She was directive to maintain safety, but also gentle and patient when piercing my daughter's ears. Kristine also gave good advice in selecting earrings for little ears regarding what might be most comfortable. She walked us through the aftercare process and took a few pictures until I was satisfied. Kristine truly made this a remarkable experience. I also love that Sweet and Sassy awards a certificate for the process.
