• I had made an appointment with pigtails & crewcuts, when we arrived .. both stylist said they didn't know how to cut hair. I was shocked! My little girl so disappointed!! I called sweet & sassy and explained what happened. Sweet & Sassy got us an immediate appointment. Assured us that they could do any haircut! The stylist Emailda.. was fabulous & the haircut was fantastic. The price was decent! The service was wonderful.
