• The girls had a great experience and they had ample staff to cover all the party attendants. I also really appreciated that they helped set up and clean up and take the gifts back to my car after the party. I did have some constructive feedback that would have made my rating a 10. (1) I wish there was better seating/waiting area for parents. Our group had younger kids who needed a parent close at hand and it would have been nice to have more seating for them. (2) There wasn't much time between parties to set up my food and decorations. We were told we would only get access to the party room 15 minutes before the event, which isn't much time to put up decorations, set the table and favors, etc.
