• Excellent service! The princess event was lots of fun. The staff was so kind to my child. She loved every minute. Thank you! Small suggestions: please steam press Belle's dress and pin her bra straps so they stay below the shoulder straps. Bonus if she could wear a wig for a more realistic look. Also, select a more colorful picture. Olaf isn't very colorful and there was no black paint which is a primary color for him.

• Jaycee was so accommodating to my daughter's needs. She didn't rush through the hair cut and really made my daughter (who is not good with getting hair cuts) feel calm and comfortable. She is so personable and a great stylist.
