• My daughter got the Ultimate Spa package and loved it!!! She enjoyed everything, especially the facial!!! She loved that making lotion and sundae scrub wasincluded in it. Her toes, nails, and hair came out beautiful and she can't wait to come back and do it again!

• I took my daughter for her 5th Birthday. She received the birthday package and had a blast getting her first mani/pedi. She loved dancing on the runway when she was finished! The stylist was so good with her and made her feel like a princess for the day. We will definitely be back again!

• Our ear piercing experience was amazing. They took their time marking my daughter’s ears and helping her choose earrings. I was able to approve everything. Then two people pierced her ears simultaneously. My three year old didn’t even cry. They made it special by taking her picture and giving her a certificate. She was able to choose glitter for her face and then a lollipop. I was happy to have detailed instructions and timelines along with cleaning solution made available to me. We were bummed when her earring came out within a week but sweet and sassy went above and beyond. We had to wait for the hole to heal and close to make her appointment. Then they had her pick a new pair of earring and repierced her ear. They were super easy to work with and made it special. I highly recommend it.
