• My daughter got her ears pierced by two staff at the same time. The primary staff person was kind and gentle and initiated conversation with my daughter, getting her comfortable with her knowing what was about the happen. Although my daughter whimpered for about 30 seconds post piercing, the staff both continued to engage my daughter and the tears quickly went away. The personalized certificate was an added bonus. Sara loves her earrings and had a very positive experience at Sweet & Sassy!

• The hairdresser was very friendly and did a beautiful job cutting my granddaughter hair and then doing braids just like she wanted ! She donated her hair and we had no idea her haircut was free ! We highly recommend Sweet and Sassy to all girls my granddaughter is 12 yrs old and felt completely comfortable getting her hair done here .

• We had a great experience getting my 2 year old daughter's ears pierced. Staff were friendly, kind and quick! I'd recommend going here for ear piercing. Call to schedule an appointment to be sure there's enough staff available to pierce both ears at the same time. Thanks ladies!

• My sister took my youngest to Sweet and Sassy for a Princess makeover for an early Christmas present and she absolutely loved it. We've been going back regularly for haircuts and mini-mani's and pedi's ever since. They always treat my daughter with the utmost respect and make every experience amazing!
