• My daughter was very upset after getting her first hole pierced and didn't want to get the second hole done. The employee was very patient and stuck with us for an hour until she finally agreed. She was very helpful and I'm very grateful.

• Mermaid event on July 1 was our very first experience with sweet and sassy and we had an absolute blast! The staff was sweet and patient and the package was a fabulous deal. I was so impressed with each activity, right down to the pizza! We can’t wait to come again!
