• We had a fabulous time at our visit. From our initial call to schedule our visit, to "The Wonderful Megan" who served us and our children, to checkout, we experienced great customer service and professionalism. We scheduled for our special needs children and were totally met with understanding from the initial call. Megan our hostess treated our girls with such gentleness and pizzazz all at the same time. As I looked around, there seemed to be a lot of happy customers flaunting new hair do's make-up and nails. Just a a great experience. My girls felt like princesses. Thank you all for such a great job well done. My heart thanks you.❤

• My daughter says her Sweet & Sassy Party was the best birthday party ever! I loved it too because all I had to do was show up with a cake. So easy and fun! The staff was incredibly helpful and nice. They had so much energy, making the whole experience unforgettable for my daughter and her friends.

• We were very pleased with our service on Saturday! It was my daughters 6th birthday and she had 4 friends with her, they all had an absolute blast I was so impressed with their hair styles, wish I knew how to do some! :) I love how they are treated like little princesses there, this is our second year in a row going to sweet and sassy and will not be the last, The price is great and the service was even better we were very pleased.
