• Liz (I hope I'm getting her name right! It was her first day yesterday) did an amazing job and more importantly, made Carrie feel really special. Carrie is 4 years old and very quiet and shy, and this was only her second haircut (first one was at the Shrewsbury location where my sister has taken her girls for years). She was absolutely thrilled with her beautiful hairstyle, and can't wait to go back! And the rest of your staff was incredibly patient and gracious about my 15-month-old who was running around like a maniac, which I very much appreciate!

• Ada was wonderful for our girls first cut. And she and Mommy were both pleased with the outcome.

• We arrived 15 min late and they gave me no issue ... they were great with my daughter who is very tender headed ... he hairstylist made sure to keep her entertained. Her cute updo stayed up the whole day!!! Thank you!!!
