• My daughter loves getting her haircut & styled there. However, this visit our hair dresser took my daughter straight to the washing station without asking. I assumed it was included however, I found out otherwise when I went to pay. I didn’t complain because the service was given.

• Stylist was slightly rough when cutting my daughters hair. She has fine hair that had some knots and the stylist was yanking her comb though. It may have been fine on an adult but not a 2 yo.
