• My girls had a blast! They loved the stylist that worked with them, she was AMAZING! She went above and beyond and made it so special and fun for them!

• Karley (I think that was her name) was AMAZING! We had two appointments scheduled for 1pm and were supposed to have two separate people (one for each of my nieces) and she ended up being the only one doing both even though there were 4-5 people standing behind the counter at all times. I was pretty disappointed with that because I had somewhere to be and it ended up taking twice as long as scheduled. But she was so patient and so sweet with my girls (turning 4 and turning 5). Talking to them and answering question and generally just treating them like the little people they are. They had the best time! I plan to bring my two other nieces in the spring for their birthdays and will definitely schedule with her again. But you really should give her some help when there's plenty of people around and we were scheduled with two people.

• Great experience, I did have to remind our stylist what was included in our package, I felt like she was trying to skip stuff. She started doing ponytails and I asked for them to get to select an updo, I also had to ask for the hairbows, glitter & candy bracelets. She was happy to do it, but if Grandma would of brought the girls they would of been missing out on several things.
