• Kirsten Story was so amazing and incredibly helpful with my daughter she went above and beyond to show her how to take care of her ear piercings. She was calm knowledgeable and knew exactly what to say to keep my anxious daughter calm. We weren't even there for that-we we're there for a haircut! She is incredible!!!!!!!

• We had a great experience, My daughter loved her JoJo makeover for her 4th birthday!! My girls, 4yo & 12yo (2nd holes) also got their ears pierced, the employees were wonderful!! Definitely would recommend Sweet & Sassy ♥️

• The sweet girl that did their nails was so fun and kind and patient with my 2 very talkative girls! Then the ear piercing lady (Kristen or Kirsten maybe😬) came out and helped my daughter with and warring issue. She was so kind and gentle and helped my daughter gain some confidence! I love the staff and the services you provide!
