• The employees are so kind and so welcoming, they make you feel comfortable despite what you're in there to do (because we all know that can sometimes be awkward). I wanna see how (in the long term) this affects my skin with the whole waxing vs shaving which is why I rated a 9, but you guys are wonderful!
