• The place is always clean and has a peaceful aroma. The staff is always attentive and pleasant. I love the quick but sufficient service that staff give everyone I'm there.

• Very pleased with Shadell. I love her! I wouldn't go to any other wax place! Only thing i would say is the fragrance machine in the lobby is soo strong it almost gives me a headache.
