Well- Sam's circuit class is tough but soooooo much fun. Love the challenge each week. Second Alyssa is an amazing addition to the team. Excellent modeling, shows how to breathe so we can get through the challenging ab sequence. Like Sam, she is encouraging and supportive. Great team.
Amazing studio. Welcoming to all. Great instructors, each offers a variety. I highly recommend this studio for all levels of fitness.
I love Alyssa's classes. She's easy to follow and the exercise feels so good because we are stretching in between. She still manages to challenge us. The next day, I feel the muscles I worked so I know it was a good workout. She's very encouraging and watches everyone's form.
