Love the location and all of the instructors are amazing and knowledgeable!
My first session was with Dan. Dan and the other members of the class were willing to help me understand how to use the machine as well and common terminology used through out the session.
I am grateful and looking forward to my next session.
Sweat is my favorite studio ever because it has a wonderful upbeat atmosphere, great equipment, the coolest owner, the best instructors, easy parking, it's 5 minutes from my house, and the cherry on top is the high quality water machine to stay hydrated.
