I like all the instructors at Sweat Project! I can't go wrong with whichever class I choose. It's always a good workout and it's close to home. I don't have to travel far to get it.

Most of your staff is very engaging. You read your customers very well, know their needs, understand where they excel, know when they need modifications. You read your clients very well. Always impressed by the personal nature of the instructors. For most instructors, You can tell that they study their program flow in detail and most are always very well prepared.
