Like the staff and coaches, very friendly and supportive!! The classes are very unique and designed to strengthen the muscles and also they guide you at the same time they correct your forms to make sure we give the best end results. Overall very clean and friendly environment. Having great experience and would definitely recommend this place for great workout.
