I'm not in great shape, so I was nervous about the class. The instructor was patient, helpful, and very encouraging. She even made a point to tell me how great I did at the end of class. 10/10!!

The instructors are fantastic, the staff is so welcoming & all the members make you feel like family! The workouts are always hard (which is good) and modifications are always given which helps so much! I love this gym!
