I love the instructors & the various options and modifications they provide, the studio is super clean, I love working out in the infrared heat and really love the chilled lavender towels at the end of class. I have never been anywhere else where they have the chilled towels. Also, never thought I would do any dance cardio, but Turn Up is a freaking blast!!!! Keep up the great work Sweat Project!! I 💕 this place!

I love the classes and the people I meet. I love the encouragement mostly from the teachers to know I am doing good or something right. But also from the ladies I workout with most of the time. I like that everyone that works there tries to get to know who you are and pronounce your name right when it is a pain. 🤣 I can see real change since I started and I love that I am getting back in shape. Even though it has been slower at my age.
