Most of your staff is very engaging. You read your customers very well, know their needs, understand where they excel, know when they need modifications. You read your clients very well. Always impressed by the personal nature of the instructors. For most instructors, You can tell that they study their program flow in detail and most are always very well prepared.

Everyone was very welcoming from the moment I walked into the door, followed by what to do, where to put my stuff, and what weights I needed. The overall energy of the class was great too and very supportive. I really enjoyed getting my butt kicked! Haha!
