Marisa led an exceptional class that was thoughtfully structured, featuring intentional pauses, core-focused exercises, and challenging transitions. I admire her unique approach to dharma; she combines a firm guidance with a gentle touch, allowing you to navigate through the workout without realizing just how demanding it is. Her teaching is so effective that you find yourself tackling difficult challenges without even noticing. I would affectionately name today's class: warm and gentle exorcism purification

I have been to many studios and classes and this was the best one I've ever been to! I loved the big space and how spread out the class was. The teacher was PHENOMENAL. The temperature was hot but not punishing. I loved that there were mirrors on three sides of the room. I loved the cleanliness of the studio. I will be back and hopefully will get a monthly pass!

I loved the flow of the class, Reanna gave great cues, the music was beautiful, and I loved that the temperature wasn’t super high but the humidity was! I’ll definitely go back!
