Great class with Avery but it's always a great class when I go! The facilities are fantastic, The studio is also great I love the temperature and humidity, and I love the number of people not too crowded. Everyone there is always so friendly encouraging and supportive.

I love the instructors I've experienced. I like the anonymity of being isolated on my mat but among others with similar intentions and paths. The heat is lovely and not too much. The room is wonderful- mirrors all around, no windows, music is always awesome. Nothing but good experiences so far.
