I'm a new mom and this was my first time back in the hot room. When I entered, I felt very nervous about what my body was capable of doing. I really loved the pace of the class, the modifications that were suggested, and the space I was given to listen to my body and move in the ways it guided me to do so. I left feeling so rejuvenated and deeply proud of myself.
