I just love Sweat. I've been going for quite a few years now and I still feel challenged and find something new in every class. Cathy somehow managed to teach a class that felt tailored to my specific needs. Love this space!

The staff and workers were so unbelievably kind and accommodating. The hot Pilates class was very hard but very fun and our instructor was awesome. And the amenities of the studio were fantastic. Loved every bit of my experience
